Welcome to GOHOME SERVICES PTE. LTD. (referred to herein as “GoHome,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, which include, but are not limited to, air conditioning (“aircon”) cleaning, servicing, and maintenance (collectively referred to as the “Services”), whether accessed through our website, mobile application, phone booking, or any other channel. By booking or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.


1. Services Offered

GoHome provides professional air conditioning cleaning, maintenance, and servicing solutions. We strive to offer timely and efficient services, including options for urgent requests and fast scheduling. For standard aircon cleaning, we aim to complete the service within 24 hours of a confirmed booking, subject to technician availability, service scope, and other prevailing conditions.


2. Booking and Scheduling

a. Bookings can be made via our official channels, including our website, hotline, or mobile app.

b. All bookings are subject to technician availability and preferred timeslots. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

c. “Immediate appointment” refers to our system's ability to promptly identify and offer the earliest available time slot. Exact times are confirmed upon successful booking.

d. The “cleaned within 24 hours” goal applies only to standard cleaning services booked and confirmed directly with GoHome and is subject to availability and conditions at the service location.

e. Confirmation of appointments will be sent via SMS, email, or app notification upon successful scheduling.


3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

a. You must provide accurate and complete booking information, including contact details, address, and relevant aircon unit information.

b. Ensure safe and clear access to the aircon unit(s) and premises at the scheduled time.

c. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the appointment unless GoHome has agreed to other arrangements.

d. Remove fragile or valuable items from the service area prior to technician arrival.

e. Disclose any known issues or conditions with the aircon unit(s) or service location in advance.


4. Pricing and Payment

a. Service pricing will be quoted during booking or stated in our official pricing list. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain valid at the agreed rate.

b. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may include GST where applicable.

c. Payment is due upon service completion, unless otherwise arranged (e.g., corporate contracts or prepaid packages).

d. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking or payment.

e. Additional charges apply for services beyond standard cleaning, including part replacements or complex repairs. These will be communicated for your approval prior to execution.


5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

a. By You:

i. Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

ii. Requests made less than 24 hours prior may incur a cancellation/rescheduling fee.

iii. No-shows (technician unable to access premises or last-minute cancellation) will incur a no-show fee.

b. By GoHome:

i. We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen events (e.g., technician illness, weather, equipment failure). We will inform you and offer an alternative.

c. Refunds:

i. Completed services are generally non-refundable.

ii. If dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of completion. At our discretion, we may offer a complimentary re-service or partial refund if appropriate.


6. Service Limitations and Exclusions

a. Our services focus on cleaning and maintenance. We do not guarantee resolution of pre-existing faults that require specialized repair.

b. We are not liable for damage or faults that existed prior to service and were not caused by our technicians.

c. While our technicians exercise care, we are not responsible for damage to items not cleared by the customer in the service area.

d. The 24-hour cleaning goal may not apply during peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.


7. Limitation of Liability

a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoHome Services Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of our Services.

b. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to GoHome for the specific service in question.


8. Warranty

a. We warrant that services will be carried out professionally and with reasonable care.

b. If you notice a defect in our work within 7 days, notify us promptly. We may re-perform the service or offer credit for future service. This warranty excludes issues from pre-existing damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials (text, logos, images, etc.) belongs to GoHome Services Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, use, or distribute such content without prior written consent.


10. Privacy Policy

Use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://privacy-policy.goproperties.sg/privacy-policy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes will first be referred to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre’s procedures. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes will be resolved by the Singapore courts.


12. Amendments to Terms

GoHome may amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., 30 days) before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other official notices, form the entire agreement between you and GoHome Services Pte. Ltd. regarding your use of the Services.
